As an FDN Practitioner, I utilize the DUTCH (Dried Urine for Comprehensive Hormones) Test with women who have hormonal imbalances that might be preventing them from losing weight. With this option, I will provide interpretations and targeted protocols based on your DUTCH results. After that, you will work with a coach on my team to keep you accountable to your protocol. Not everyone needs hormonal testing, so, if that’s the case, macro coaching is likely a better fit for you!
Please note: If you are currently taking hormonal birth control (i.e. The Pill or IUD), the DUTCH Test does not detect synthetic hormones, so the results would not likely be helpful to you.

Tina Haupert is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Certified Nutrition Coach, and founder of Carrots ‘N’ Cake. She’s spent more than a decade in the online health industry and coached hundreds of women to improve their relationship with food by utilizing a macro- based approach while simultaneously achieving their body composition goals. Life is all about having your carrots and cake, too! Through her own personal struggles with ulcerative colitis, post-birth control syndrome (aka wacky imbalanced hormones) and navigating doctors and the broken health system, Tina is committed to helping women take massive action toward becoming their happiest and healthiest self yet. Instead of ‘bandaids’ and doctors who don’t listen, she uses functional testing to address underlying metabolic chaos and root causes with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations via the DRESS for Success protocol. Tina lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with her husband, son, and senior pug. She loves spending time with her boys on family walks, hiking, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Emma Hammond is a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Pre/Postnatal Specialist and holds a BS in Psychology. After going through her own personal journey to reclaim her health, she was inspired to educate and empower others to find their healthy balance. She has been working in the fitness and nutrition field for more than 10 years, with a focus on empowering women to stop the yo-yo diet cycles and find sustainable results. After adjusting to her newest role as mom, Emma enjoys working with expecting and new mamas to navigate where exercise and nutrition fits into their new family. She also has expertise in working with clients of varying ages who are going through hormonal challenges. From hypothalamic amenorrhea, menopause, and those needing to utilize reverse dieting in order to restore overall wellness. With a history in athletics, she also loves to work with clients seeking to optimize their fitness goals. In her free time, Emma enjoys hanging out in Savannah Georgia with her husband, toddler son and two crazy dogs. Her happy place outside of her love for the gym, is in the kitchen baking up family favorites while sipping on a glass of red wine.

Allison Jackson is a certified Macro Nutrition Expert, NASM-certified personal trainer and yoga instructor (YTT-200). She is also an OCB, NGA and ANBF pro masters figure competitor. Allison is passionate about all things health and fitness, but she really loves sharing her knowledge and expertise to help busy moms get lean while eating foods they love so they can be at their best. She knows exactly how hard it is to work full-time, take care of the kids and household… plus try to fit in working out, eating right and taking care of herself, too! Allison knows how to simplify the process and make healthy living assessable to everyday women. As someone who once battled her weight and body image issues for most of her life, Allison’s philosophy is that wellness is about mind, body and spirit: your health and how you feel is more important than a number on the scale. Based in NJ, when she’s not tracking macros, she’s spending time with her husband, Scott, and two teenagers (Connor, 17 and Madison, 13).
