The CNC Lifestyle is an online fitness + nutrition membership community where you'll achieve your health goals with the support of myself, the entire Carrots 'N' Cake coaching staff as well as a group of likeminded group of women, who all want to keep you you accountable and lift you up to become a better version of yourself!
Our community is founded on 2 things: accountability + RESULTS. Members can expect to be provided everything they could possibly need to reach their health, fitness + nutrition goals. Seriously, this is a one-stop-shop LIFESTYLE program for those ready for a FINAL solution.

Got questions about your individual situation? We have answers! Hop on a live Zoom call every other week to get your questions answered by the CNC team. This level of coaching is often just what clients need to stay consistent and accountable with their habits and goals!
Each month, you'll receive new workouts (most require just a set of dumbbells) that are quick (30 minutes or less), but effective. You do them as standalone full-body workouts or supplement your current routine. We'll also have monthly fitness challenges to keep you motivated and moving (i.e. 10,000 steps, push-up challenge).
If you can't make the upcoming office hours, you are welcome to ask questions and receive feedback in our private Facebook group just for alumni. You can connect with the CNC coaches as well as the other members of the group to brainstorm solutions to help keep you moving in the right direction!
Here you will find a variety of resources (i.e. videos, handouts, assessments) organized and easily assessable when you need them to help you along your health journey. The portal will be updated monthly, so there will always be something new to inspire and motivate you!
Every month, you'll receive an ebook of seasonal, macro-friendly recipes you can add to your regular rotation. The recipes are easy, convenient, and don't require one million random ingredients. When it comes to consistency with your nutrition, having fresh and delicious ideas is key!
The membership portal will include a variety of resources, including fully build-out meal plans, to give you ideas for your own healthy eating as well as macro/nutrition info, recipes, grocery lists, and meal prep guides to make the most of your time in the kitchen. Meal plans include hormonal balance, thyroid health, high-protein-focused, vegetarian and more!
Each month will include a challenge and/or special focus, everything from simple meal planning hacks and transitioning from macros to more intuitive eating to streamlining your workouts and establishing quality morning routines. Anything goes! We'll also invite guest speakers from time-to-time to share their expertise in specific areas.
You'll receive special discounts on CNC products, including fitness programs, courses, functional testing, and so much more! We also award monthly prizes for engagement, milestones, and other wins - It's all about living your best life, so we'll frequently celebrate your successes and thank you for being part of this community!
In our closed group, you’ll be able to have real conversation, ask questions, share favorite workouts and recipes, help each other through challenges, and connect with other women who are striving to live a healthier life.
How does the membership program work?
You'll pay a monthly membership fee (unless you sign up for the year commitment) to have access to our membership portal, its resources, private Facebook community and live coaching sessions. With your membership, you'll have access to all of the content mentioned above as well as an amazing group of women.
How long do I have access?
As long as you are paying the monthly membership fee, you have access to all of the content and community.
Am I required to make a commitment?
If you choose the month-to-month option, you can cancel anytime. Just be sure to do so before your membership renews for the next month. (Be sure to save your email order confirmation with your order number.) Unfortunately, prorating is not available. If you have any questions or issues, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I can't attend the office hours?
The coaching office hours are offered every other week at different times. Hopefully, you'll be able to make one of them, but if not, you're welcome to ask questions related to your own specific situation in our private Facebook group. Our team of coaches checks in daily, so you'll be able to receive a response quickly to help you continue your progress.
Do you need to have a Facebook account?
Yes, our private group is only accessible via Facebook group. You could always create an account just for joining Carrots 'N' Cake Lifestyle. You don't want to miss this piece of the membership!
Are you going to be coaching me?
The CNC coaching staff and I will take turns for office hours and responding to questions in our Facebook group Monday through Friday. Let's just say, you will receive a good amount of face time with all of us!
