Challenge starts on Monday, January 20th

Here's how the #TTMchallenge works:  

  • The name of the game is simplicity! The goal of the challenge is to create quick and easy meals that can quite literally be thrown together in a matter of minutes using minimal ingredients, most of which you will likely already have in your fridge, pantry, or freezer. If there is something you need to purchase at the grocery store, it will NOT be some obscure, hard-to-find ingredient that costs $12.  
  • This is INSTAGRAM challenge! So, yes, you need to sign up for a free account. To be entered to win, you will need to share your throw together meals via Instagram (in your feed or Stories), using a photo (it doesn't need to be fancy; I want to see REAL LIFE meals). YOU WILL HASHTAG ALL POSTS using #TTMchallenge and the NUMBER of the meal that you are sharing. (You will need 5 total to complete the challenge.) For example, your description might be "Just cooked up a tasty buffalo chicken bowl with lots of veggies. @carrotsncake, you would love it! #TTMchallenge #meal3"  
  • In order to complete the challenge, you must share 5 throw together meals over the course of 5 days (1/20-24). You could share 1 meal per day or 2 in one day and take a day off. It's totally up to you how you decide to share them. Pretty much any breakfast, lunch, or dinner counts as long as you threw it together quickly and effortlessly. You just need to share 5 meals total to complete the challenge.  
  • Join others taking part in this healthy eating challenge! We're all busy and none of us are professionally trained chefs or photographers, so please don't feel intimidated sharing your meals on Instagram. If anything, other participants (myself included) will appreciate the new ideas, which will help keep up the healthy eating momentum well into the new year and beyond!  
  • I'll provide my method for how to make a throw together via email. On January 20th, you'll receive my exact formula + 54 of my. favorite throw together meals for inspiration. Each meal includes 5 ingredients or less and most can be made in 10-15 minutes. You'll be able to pick and choose which ones you to make or whip up your own creations using my throw together meal formula.  
  • You'll have a chance to be featured on carrotsncake.com and @carrotsncake Instagram. I will be choosing my favorite meals and inspiration for recognition on the CNC blog and Instagram Stories.  
  • How to win: Everyone who shares 5 throw together meals (as verified by their IG shares) will be entered to win prizes, including macro coaching with me and personalized macro calculation bundles. You'll also receive some additional BONUS education via email so you can further implement what you learn and stay on track.
